When​

• 25 minutes chat time

• Available Monday to Friday, all through term time

• Hosted on MS Teams - You'll receive the meeting link in your confirmation email*

• Use only this link, as searching directly on MyHallam Appointments will not show the correct appointment type

• A Super Mentor will allocate you a Mentor and move you to a breakout room

How

• Booking link takes you to MyHallam Appointments

• Login with SHU IT account

• You will see appointment type Culture Connect Appointment

• Select dates from today to 7 days ahead

• Press search

• Book your time and date

• Check your email address for confirmation and meeting ID link

MyHallam Appointments

• There are two tabs on the student portal under ‘My Appointments’: one called ‘1 to 1 appointments’ and another called ‘Group/Drop-In Appointments’, where you should find your booking. 

• If you cannot make your booked session please cancel it from the MyHallam Appointments portal, so that someone else has the chance to take the slot.
